Limit is still only 1 ticket per concert per brown community member (i.e. if you’ve already bought one, you can’t buy another). To clarify, if you have already bought one Friday ticket but no Saturday ticket, you can buy one Saturday ticket starting at 2pm.
NOTE: do not use the “BACK” button or “REFRESH” button during credit card processing. you may be on a processing screen for several minutes; doing anything other than waiting could hinder your ability to successfully secure tickets.
Starting at 8am tomorrow (Thursday the 18th), additional guest tickets will open. Students will be able to purchase up to 3 tickets TOTAL (1 ticket for themselves and 2 guest tickets) starting tomorrow at 8am until tickets sell out. If tickets are still available, they will be available for purchase at the door by credit card only.

IMPORTANT SW TICKETING UPDATE
Today sucked. It really did. BCA and BSA worked for weeks to design a system that could handle the load of 6000+ Brown students–and it worked flawlessly. However, Brown Financial Services requires that we use a third party service, TouchNet, to process credit card transactions. Our system was able to handle the incoming load; however, despite our conversations with Touchnet, they were unprepared. This resulted in the problems that many of you faced with long load times.
We have been working since 8am to try and correct this, including several conversations with Brown administrators and managers of TouchNet. As of now, here is our plan:
The only indicator you have successfully purchased valid tickets is if you have received your tickets via e-mail. For those who have not received a confirmation e-mail with tickets, all processing/pending charges will be removed from your credit/debit card within 48 hours.
TouchNet went down before we were able to fulfill 3200 tickets for each concert. As a result, we will be holding two more ticket offerings before the rain call is made.
Tonight (4/15) at 8pm, we will release 1250 tickets per concert. If all goes well, we will release an additional 1250 tickets per concert tomorrow (4/16) at 7am. The limit is still 1 ticket per concert per Brown student.

Quick Update on SW ticketing:
-BCA and BSA are working with the payment processor to handle all incoming requests (touchnet.com)
-Certain students at Brown tried to purchase a negative quantity of tickets. This is resulting in fraud alerts being triggered, which has significantly impaired Touchnet’s ability to handle credit card transactions in a timely manner.
-If you have been charged $15 or $30 and have not received your tickets by email yet, don’t panic. Expect to receive your tickets by the end of your day.
